芝士 (zhī shì) is actually a phonetic representation of cheese... though most ppl use it rather than the actual 乳酪 (rǔ lào), which is obviously cheese in chinese O_o.
Then it'd be....
我喜欢吃乳酪
wǒ xǐ huan chī rǔ lào

I Really Like You
我真的很喜欢你
wǒ zhēn de hěn xǐ huan nǐ

You Look Cute Today
今天你看起来很可爱
jīn tiān nǐ kàn qǐ lái hěn kě ài

I wouldn't use ';可爱 (kě ài)'; to describe a guy. normally it's used on girls... for guys, they'd prefered to be described as ';英俊 (yīng jùn)'; , ';帅气 (shuài qì)';, etc... aka handsome; good looking. So i'd go w/ the below instead...
今天你看起来很帅
jīn tiān nǐ kàn qǐ lái hěn shuài

Good luck! ^_^
