i was dating a boy adn a month in he called my friend and was like tell her im breaking up with her. he had always told me how he thought you should break up with someone in person before we were dating. he was my best guy friend since 3rd grade and i dont know what to do hes just turning into a jerk like some of is friendsBoyfriend turned out to be jerk what do i do?

Well , if he's acting differently around you , gently bring it up with him , and if he just acts differently around his mates , then ask why he's so different around them . Be honest with him . He may not even notice , but if he was nice to start with then he may feel a bit hurt being told that he's a bit of a jerk because he doesn't want to be that , and may change . Tell him you don't really like the 'new' him and see what happens . If he doesn't change back then I guess you'll have to break up with him and ask just to be friends .
